The recommended age to enjoy the experience with us is 14 years old and must be at least 54 inches tall for the safety of the participants and equipment. Children under 12 years old must have an adult to accompany them on the field, and is able to hold the equipment (5-6 lbs) by themselves.
Yes, reservations are recommended! You can book/reserve games and make payments through our website or upon arrival. You may also reserve for private game sessions to play with your own group of friends. Reservations for private game sessions must be booked through phone call or at the front counter.

Each session is one hour long, which includes the briefing time and gear-up time. The in-field time is generally between 30 to 40 minutes.
Weekdays are $27+tax and weekends are $32+tax.

In a public session, you will most likely be playing with other players who are not in the same group of friends as you. For a private session you will have the whole arena to you and your group of friends only.
If you would like a replacement, it is $20. However, if you would like to sign in without your membership card, you will have to do so through your cellphone.
We do not have a minimum player limitation. However, we have a 20 player maximum limitation. It is possible to add more player slots IF we have enough equipment on-hand. Please let us know at the time of your booking and we will try our best to accommodate you.
There are no minimum players required for a private session.
We do offer a group discount for groups of 10 or more! Please reserve 1 day in advance for the discount to be applicable!
If you have joined our VIP program, for every $1 spent at the store you will collect 2 points. (Please note that booking through barracks will not accumulate points)
Once you have accumulated 5000 points = VIP status (10% off everything!)

If you have joined us for a private session, you may pick your own teams AND choose the game modes you would like to play!
Unfortunately we do not allow players to bring their own accessories or attachments. We do offer the additional red dot scope if you would like to use it for your session.
All players should arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled session to finish the sign-up procedure.
We highly recommend bringing a spare t-shirt.
If you would like to reschedule your session, please contact us at LEAST 48 hours in advance to reschedule. Kindly note that there will be a $30(+tax) rescheduling fee.
Yes! You are more than welcome to walk in and play! However, we do suggest calling ahead of time to check whether there are slots available!
On the day of your arrival, our staff will help you create your account at the kiosk and sign up for your session that you will be participating in. Once all the players are signed in, we will begin the briefing process and walk you through what to expect and how to handle our equipment. Once briefing is over, you will gear up in our armory and start the game!
For returning players, please swipe your membership card at the kiosk to sign up for your session.
Generally there are 5 games per session.
You can only pick your own game mode if you are booking a private session.

Yes, you may bring food and non-alcoholic beverages inside the facility.
No, vaping is not permitted inside the facility. If you would like to smoke/vape, please do so at the designated area outside of the facility.
We do not have a changing room in the facility. However, we do have a shower in the washroom that you may use.
We do not have lockers onsite. All your personal belongings will be stored in the briefing room while your session is running.
We have free parking spots available right outside our facility!
Our last session is scheduled to start at 10:30pm.
All players must register and login to an account in order to participate! It is free to create the account through our website or at our front counter. The purpose of the account is to sign up for sessions, to be assigned equipment, and to keep track of your ranking for the games played.
To enhance your session, we highly recommend the red-dot scope, and a stress-x belt for a more realistic experience!
